The World Family Ethiopian Orphans and Medical Care is a humanitarian
organization founded in July 2003. It is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization
with no political, religious or ethnic affiliations.
NOTE: We changed our name from Ethiopian Orphans of Aids Foundation(EOAF) to
The World Family Ethiopian Orphans and Medical Care. We feel that the new name
better defines our mission.

- Support comprehensive care for orphans and their communities through self-sufficient and sustainable programs by providing:
- Health care services
- Academic support
- Community education on topics such as:
water filtration systems, environmental awareness, community hygiene, nutrition,
family planning, HIV/AIDS, malaria
and other preventable diseases
- Vocational and life skills training programs such as: farming, livestock
rearing, bee keeping, building trade, craft, and the empowerment of women
- Micro-loans
- Cultural exchange
